St Luke’s has several newly renovated rooms for hire in addition to the worship area. The rooms are modern and versatile: ideal spaces for weekly or monthly meetings and functions. 

St Luke’s Church situated in Grange Park, Hedge End, Southampton is available for hire throughout the week. The main worship area can be booked as well as several multi-purpose rooms. All rooms offer flexibility and can support many different layouts and configurations. You can book any one or more of the rooms, according to your needs and their availability.

The facilities are designed to accommodate a wide variety of members of the local community including: Christian Church and ministry; charitable activities; children’s events; leisure and fitness activities; music and dance and more.

Both regular and one-off bookings are welcomed.

How much does it cost?

The rooms are charges on an hourly basis and offer great value for money.

The standard rates are shown below. Discounted rates are available (e.g., for certain charity events). Please contact the church office using the enquiry form to discuss this further.

How can I book?

If you would like to book a room or make a change to an existing booking please contact the Church Office by submitting a venue booking enquiry form. 

You can check availability of the worship area and rooms via the calendar. The church is generally available during these times:

  • Monday - Saturday: 09:00 - 23:00

  • Sunday: 13:00 - 22:00*

*except when evening services are held
